Westport E&O Requirements
Agencies that attend this seminar will receive a 10% loss control credit on their Westport E&O Premium.  Once an agency attends the seminar the 10% credit will apply for 2 years

In this course, agents will learn best practices regarding agent’s obligations, agency procedures and developing workflows to help defend and prevent E&O claims.

Course Description
Agents who focus on E&O loss prevention fortify their agency from potentially devastating claims while improving the customer experience. In this course, agents will discuss the importance of understanding their legal duty of care, the benefit and importance of documentation, and adopting a best practices approach in their workflow procedures and to help them comply with federal, state laws, and defend themselves against Data Breaches.

Cancellation Policy: Full refund or transfer will be granted if request is received in writing within 7 days prior to the seminar.  Requests received after that date will incur a $35.00 fee.    No refund/transfer will be granted for no shows.
