This Comprehensive Academy includes:
2 Three Day Class Sessions 
  • All graduates will have access to iQ’s library of forms, presentations, articles and performance point newsletters.
  • iQ’s instructors and coaches will be available for 1 on 1 strategic coaching calls
  • Graduates will have access to recorded all of iQ’s coaching webinars and podcasts designed specifically to reinforce classroom learning.
For most adults, traditional classroom training formats just don’t work.
No Plateau integrates visual arts technology, group interaction, team activities and learning reinforcement tools into our processes to keep students engaged.
All of our instructors are professional speakers and presenters.
Producer Candidate Requirements:
Candidates must be supported by their agency and must meet the following requirements:
  • MIIAB Member
  • Position:  Full time production.  New Hires or 1-5 years with agency and not validated or validated and wanting skills to move to the next level of success
  • Aptitude: Strong communication and math skills
  • Personal attributes:   Intelligent, driven, competitive, goal oriented, ethical, professional, outgoing and social

Coaching:  Rehearsal & repetition are critical for learning. We devote a significant class time to real world selling situations and skills rehearsal to give your producers the experiences they need to build confidence. Graduates have access to iQ’s coaches for help when they need it.
Support:  The key to retention is re-enforcement.  We re-enforce learning using as many methods and mediums as possible to provide a comprehensive and enduring learning experience.  Videos, skill set webinars, round table conferences, podcasts, and our online resource library.
